Description
Ottawa County, through its Purchasing Division and on behalf of the Ottawa County Land Bank Authority, is seeking experienced and qualified licensed real estate vendors to provide professional realtor services for commercial, industrial, and/or retail properties within designated target areas. Vendors may be selected for individual target areas identified in the solicitation’s boundaries and map appendices. Services include facilitating real estate transactions, preparing broker price opinions and disclosures, creating and managing Multiple Listing Service listings, developing marketing materials, producing professional property photographs and internet-accessible slideshows, coordinating property access and open houses, and providing monthly activity reports during active listings. Vendors must meet the solicitation’s experience, qualification, work-plan, reference, and pricing requirements. Addendum 1 states that vendors must acknowledge receipt of all addenda in their submissions.
