Description
The City of Longview is soliciting proposals from qualified Washington State-licensed real estate brokers to provide comprehensive brokerage and advisory services for the redevelopment and sale of Parcel No. 053603506, a City-owned parcel of approximately 4.24 acres in the Mint Farm Industrial Park. The selected broker will represent the City as owner’s broker, value and market the property, attract qualified local, regional, and national developers or buyers, and negotiate and support the sale and closing process. The scope also includes assisting with comparative market valuation reports, appraisals, and broker price opinions; coordinating with City staff, legal counsel, and third-party vendors; and complying with applicable laws, fiduciary duties, confidentiality obligations, and conflict-of-interest restrictions. The contract is for two years, with up to three additional one-year renewal terms, for a maximum of five years. Proposals must be submitted electronically as PDF files and may not exceed 12 pages, using 11-point font and one-inch margins.
