Description
Belmont County Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a new approximately 14,100-square-foot animal shelter. The project is a single-story, slab-on-grade Omniblock structure, and bids must be based on the specified products and systems. Physical bids must be submitted by October 14, 2026, at 11:15 a.m. local time; electronic bids are not accepted. Bid security of at least 10% of the bid amount, including alternates, is required. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 23, 2026, and questions and substitution requests are due by September 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
