Description
The City of Eagle Pass is soliciting qualifications from individuals, consultants, firms, companies, or professional management organizations to provide comprehensive third-party management services for the Eagle Pass Golf Course and Patsy Winn Sports Complex. The scope includes daily facility operations, standard operating procedures, financial oversight, budgeting, revenue and cost-control strategies, facility and asset management, preventive maintenance coordination, personnel recommendations, customer-service improvements, programming, marketing, sponsorship and partnership development, and inventory and concession management. The selected consultant will also develop sports tourism and tournament-recruitment strategies, pursue regional through international events when appropriate, improve facility utilization and earned revenue, coordinate with community and industry stakeholders, and prepare operational, facility-condition, capital-needs, financial, utilization, marketing, and business-development information. Statements of Qualifications must not include pricing; compensation and final contract terms will be negotiated with the highest-ranked respondent. The response must include the specified qualifications, experience, proposed approach, references, disclosures, and required forms and acknowledgments.
