Description
The Town of Orangetown is soliciting sealed proposals for renovation of the tees at Broadacres Golf Course. Bidders must use the official bid forms and submit a Statement of Non-Collusion, along with bid security equal to 5% of the proposed amount. The work is subject to applicable New York State and federal prevailing-wage requirements. The awarded contractor must provide 100% performance and payment bonds when delivering the executed agreement. A 1% maintenance bond is required before final payment and must remain in effect for one year after substantial completion. The Town may reject any or all proposals and encourages participation by minority- and women-operated businesses.
