Talbot County, Maryland is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of a two-tier driving range at the Hog Neck Golf Course, located at 10142 Old Cordova Road, Easton, Maryland. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, disposal, and other services required to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and plans prepared by Davis, Bowen and Friedel, Inc. dated August 14, 2026. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest, responsible, and responsive lump sum bid. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at the Hog Neck Golf Course Pro-Shop. Plans and specifications can be obtained from the Talbot County Department of Public Works for a non-refundable fee of $100 per electronic set. Written questions must be directed to the architect and received no later than two weeks prior to the bid opening. Bids must be hand-delivered or mailed to the Talbot County Manager's Office and are due by 10:30 a.m. on September 29, 2026.
