H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute is soliciting a comprehensive, fixed-price five-year agreement for preventive maintenance, repair, replacement of covered components, emergency response, code compliance, and documentation for approximately 42 elevators, two dumbwaiters, and four wheelchair lifts. The equipment includes traction, hydraulic, machine-room-less, belted/traction, dumbwaiter, and wheelchair-lift systems across the purchaser’s house and remote routes. The contractor must provide labor, supervision, parts, materials, tools, transportation, technical support, routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, maintenance-control-program compliance, electronic reporting, and real-time restoration notifications. The scope includes Category 1, Category 3, and Category 5 testing; annual safety, hydraulic pressure-relief, standby-power, fire-service, and emergency-communication testing; inspection documentation; obsolete-component identification and pricing; a dedicated route mechanic; qualified Florida-certified technicians; and response within 60 minutes for regular-hours callbacks and 30 minutes for passenger entrapments, with longer after-hours limits. Proposals must include company qualifications, staffing information, five years of maintenance pricing, unit add/deduct pricing, labor rates, obsolete-component replacement pricing, and the requested supporting records and samples. Pricing must remain fixed for the initial five-year term.
