Description
The County of Orange County Executive Office is soliciting proposals for a Regional Cooperative Agreement covering as-needed general maintenance services at various County locations and facilities. The contractor must provide staffing, labor, equipment, materials, permits, transportation, supervision, and related incidentals for routine, recurring, urgent, and emergency maintenance work. The scope includes maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement-in-kind across numerous trades, including carpentry, concrete, electrical, fencing, flooring, glazing, HVAC, insulation, locks and security equipment, masonry, painting, plumbing, refrigeration, roofing, solar, welding, irrigation, asbestos-related work, and tile and drywall. New construction, renovation, expansion, capital improvements, standalone demolition, and work that materially changes an existing facility's function or capacity are excluded. Respondents must hold an active California Class B General Building Contractor license, demonstrate at least five continuous years of similar experience including public-agency work, provide at least five references with three from public-sector entities within the past five years, and support urgent requests with acknowledgment within one hour and onsite arrival within three hours.
