Description
The U.S. Army Medical Command is soliciting a firm-fixed-price quotation for ISO 17025:2017-accredited calibration, temperature mapping, and repair services. The scope includes onsite calibration and temperature mapping of up to five autoclaves; onsite calibration of up to 200 pipette slots, nine reference thermometers, and up to 26 analytical balances; offsite calibration of up to six reference weight sets; and repair of up to 12 pipettes. The contractor must maintain current ISO 17025:2017 accreditation and provide reports documenting pass/fail status, measurement uncertainties, correction factors, data points, uniformity maps, and traceability acceptable to ISO 17025:2017 and A2LA. Onsite visits must be scheduled within four weeks of notification and completed within four working days, with final accredited reports due within five calendar days after each service visit. The quotation requires a technical capability statement of no more than 10 pages, completed pricing for each contract line item, a completed SF 1449, and certifications and representations.
