Description
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for engineering services related to the Versatile Diagnostic Automatic Test Station (VDATS) testers. The scope of work includes obsolescence monitoring and forecasting for specific National Stock Numbers (NSNs): 4920-01-553-0693, 4920-01-553-1534, 4920-01-663-3117KV, and 4920-01-663-3118KV. The VDATS is an automatic test system developed by the USAF, designed to support depot and intermediate-level maintenance for a wide range of avionics components across multiple aircraft platforms. The system supports digital, analog, and radio frequency avionics workloads and is supported by the USAF at Robins AFB. The contract will include a 12-month basic period with two 12-month option periods. Services will be performed at the contractor's facility. Deliverables include a Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Life Cycle Management Data report, a Programmatic Environmental Safety and Health Evaluation (PESHE) Plan, Accident/Incident Reports, and a Quality Program Plan.
