Description
The City of Corvallis, Oregon, is soliciting sealed bids from contractors prequalified for general construction of park and site improvements for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park Enhancement Project. The approximately $6 million project includes site grading and stormwater improvements; parking, driveways, and multimodal paths; crushed-rock trails; a wetland boardwalk; culvert crossings; a playground, water feature, and sport court; shade structures; a field-fabricated restroom building; a sanitary lift station; irrigation; site electrical work; planting; restoration; and related construction. Mandatory prequalification is required before bidding, including demonstrated capability for work within or adjacent to regulated wetlands and waterways. Prequalification applications are due by email on October 26, 2026, and sealed bids from prequalified bidders are due December 16, 2026. The City encourages disadvantaged, small, minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses to submit proposals.
