Description
The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, is soliciting construction services for replacement of the existing variable refrigerant flow cooling system at a state facility. The work includes removing the current system, including two towers in Building E, and purchasing and installing the new cooling system and associated ductwork. The contractor must test and balance the system, integrate it with the existing building automation system, and train Department of Public Safety Standards and Training staff. The project is a public improvement subject to applicable Oregon public contracting, prevailing wage, and Buy America requirements. A voluntary pre-bid conference is scheduled, and attendance is strongly recommended but not required.
