Description
The Oregon Health Authority is seeking a single NCQA-certified vendor to produce, validate, certify, and report approximately 30 HEDIS measures and 14 non-HEDIS measures for the Oregon Health Plan. The selected vendor must maintain NCQA certification and HIPAA compliance, ingest and process claims, enrollment, and other agency data, integrate with the agency’s Health Analytics Library, perform initial and quarterly calculations, conduct quality-control reviews, and deliver quarterly and annual reports to the agency, Coordinated Care Organizations, and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. The solution must be secure, scalable, digitally accessible, and compliant with applicable Oregon data-security standards. Required capabilities include secure file exchange, audit trails, version control, project-management support, documentation, and ongoing reporting. The anticipated contract is for an initial five-year term with renewal options up to a cumulative maximum of 10 years, and payments will be based on accepted deliverables.
