Description
The Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training is soliciting a contractor to remove the existing VRF cooling system serving Building E, including two cooling towers, and furnish and install a new cooling system. The work includes associated ductwork, testing and balancing, and integration with the existing building automation system. The contractor must also train DPSST staff on the new system. The solicitation identifies this as a competitive sealed bid for a public improvement and requests one complete replacement project.
