Description
Salem-Keizer Public Schools is conducting a Request for Information to understand the ERP marketplace and available solutions for a K–12 public school district. The District is interested in systems supporting financial management, governmental and fund accounting, budgeting, payroll, human resources, benefits, procurement, timekeeping, leave administration, reporting and business intelligence, employee and manager self-service, security, accessibility, and workflow approvals. Respondents are asked to describe integration capabilities, data conversion and migration, implementation methodology, training and change management, security and data protection, Oregon public-sector experience, artificial intelligence capabilities, customer support, product roadmaps, and estimated five-year total cost of ownership. Responses should include relevant K–12 references, including at least three comparable public school districts and at least one Oregon school district customer if applicable. This is an information-gathering exercise only and is not a request for a binding proposal or a commitment to purchase or award a contract.
