Description
Delta College is soliciting a contractor to perform all work shown in Peter Basso Associates’ drawings and specifications for the Natatorium Mechanical Room Ventilation project. The scope includes demolition and installation of mechanical and electrical systems serving the pool mechanical room, including metal ductwork, duct accessories, power ventilators, diffusers and grilles, blower-coil equipment, hydronic piping and pumps, temperature controls and building automation components, insulation, equipment identification, and associated electrical distribution, controls, grounding, raceways, conductors, disconnects, controllers, and testing. The contractor must furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision, permits, testing, balancing, commissioning, warranties, and required operation and maintenance documentation. The project requires prevailing-wage compliance, insurance, a 100% performance bond, and a 100% labor and materials bond. Proposals are submitted using Delta College’s proposal form and pricing sheet; the proposal form states that award is anticipated on November 11, 2026, but no contract start date is specified.
