Description
Flex High School of Michigan is requesting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and Internet access services at 1 Gbps. The requested service is a fiber Internet circuit at 4945 and 4939 Clio Road, Flint, Michigan, including a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable externally facing addresses reachable from the Internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Bidders must provide complete pricing, including monthly recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and any one-time construction or installation costs. Proposals must identify ineligible services and charges, state whether service is already available at the building or requires construction, and estimate construction duration when applicable. The school requests pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, two optional one-year renewals, and month-to-month service; bandwidth increases during the contract or renewal periods must be accommodated. Evaluation will primarily consider price, along with compatibility, prior experience, E-Rate experience, completeness, and other direct or indirect costs. The expected service start date is March 8, 2028.
