Description
The Defense Health Agency intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for placement of Arthrex surgical equipment at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton. The equipment list includes AR-6480, AR-8305, AR-9800-F, AR-9800, AR-8310, and AR8332H. The contractor will retain title to the equipment and provide delivery, operational support, preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, software updates, and standard replacements during the placement period. The notice is not a request for competitive quotes, but vendors challenging the sole-source determination may submit a capability statement containing management and technical data and cost information demonstrating their ability to provide the required Arthrex equipment placement agreement. Capability statements are limited to six 8.5-by-11-inch pages and must use at least 10-point font. The stated base period runs from November 18, 2026, through November 17, 2027.
