Sante Quebec – Bas-Saint-Laurent is seeking to acquire an hepatic elastography device for Centre hospitalier regional du Grand-Portage. The procurement includes the equipment, dedicated accessories, complementary products, and related services. The award will be made to the lowest compliant bid, subject to a compliance-validation period. The stated contract structures include a one-year equipment acquisition contract; five years plus five one-year options for dedicated accessories; four years plus five one-year options for services; and five years plus five one-year options for complementary products.
