Description

Noblesville Schools is seeking proposals for new, factory-sealed network equipment for eligible school locations, contingent on obtaining Category 2 E-Rate funding. The requested equipment includes HPE Aruba or equivalent switches, power supplies, power cords, software and licenses, mounting hardware, modules, cables, and related components. The listed equipment includes 65 HPE Aruba CX 6300M switches, 4 HPE Aruba 8360 switches, associated power supplies and cords, four one-year next-business-day exchange service items, and two 100G direct-attach copper cables. Used, refurbished, remanufactured, open-box, discontinued, gray-market, or otherwise non-new equipment will not be accepted. Proposals must provide line-item pricing with quantities, manufacturers, part numbers, descriptions, unit prices, and extended prices; separately identify eligible and ineligible costs; describe equivalent products and their functionality; provide manufacturer certifications and relationship information; include two similar installation references with contact information; provide the bidder's E-Rate SPIN number; and include a ready-to-execute contract incorporating the stated E-Rate contingencies. The applicant may adjust quantities, scale back, or cancel the project based on funding availability and its best interests. Multi-year contracts with or without voluntary extensions may be considered.
