WIOA Out-of-School Youth Service Provision

Description
EmployIndy is seeking a primary service provider to deliver integrated Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) services for out-of-school youth. The scope includes outreach and recruitment, participant assessment and engagement, career navigation, individual service strategies, case management, supportive services, retention and barrier removal, follow-up, and coordination with YES Indy service providers. The selected provider may subcontract occupational skills training, but proposed training partners must be identified; WIOA-funded training providers must be listed on Indiana's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Training must result in an industry-recognized credential, and work-experience activities must be paid. Proposals must address occupational skills training, employer engagement, paid work experience, career pathways, leadership development, mentoring, financial literacy, entrepreneurship training, labor-market information, postsecondary preparation, data management, performance measurement, continuous improvement, compliance, and proposed outcomes. The maximum award amount is $375,000. EmployIndy will provide implementation and transition training for Indiana Career Connect, WIOA eligibility, case management, documentation, and reporting, and will oversee secure transfer of active participant files from the incumbent provider.
