Description
The Correctional Service of Canada is soliciting proposals from pre-qualified suppliers under Supply Arrangements CW2440311 and CW2440314 to replace obsolete electronic security system technologies at Springhill Institution. The requirement includes a Perimeter Intrusion Detection System Integration Unit and a Facility Alarm Annunciation System Integration Unit, together with the equipment, application software, process software, and associated services needed to implement modern perimeter and interior security management systems. The scope includes project initiation and site survey, design approval, procurement and factory acceptance testing, a data processing and analytics platform, installation and cutover, acceptance testing, training, closeout, and holdback. Proposals will be evaluated using the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The contract period runs from award through twelve months later. The procurement is limited to invited pre-qualified suppliers and has no Indigenous-business set-aside or security requirement.
