SWEET HOME SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 55SWEET HOME HIGH SCHOOL RENOVATION AND NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ GENERAL CONTRACTOR (CM/GC) SERVICES Proposals Due 3:00 pm, October 19, 2026 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP NO. 2026-55Sweet Home School District No. 55 is requesting competitive proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms to provide preconstruction and, if subsequently authorized, construction services for the Sweet Home High School Renovation and New Construction Project in Sweet Home, Oregon. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site tour will be held at 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at Sweet Home High School, 1641 Long Street, Sweet Home, Oregon. Attendance by at least one authorized representative of each proposer is required. Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, October 19, 2026. Proposals may be submitted electronically by email to kevin.strong@shsd55or.gov or delivered on a USB flash drive to Sweet Home School District No. 55, 1920 Long Street, Sweet Home, Oregon 97386, Attn: Kevin Strong, Business Manager, in accordance with the submission requirements contained in the RFP. Proposals will be publicly opened at 3:05 p.m. Pacific Time on Monday, October 19, 2026, at the Sweet Home School District Office, 1920 Long Street, Sweet Home, Oregon 97386. The District will prepare a list of proposals received. Proposal contents will not be available for public inspection until after the District issues its Notice of Intent to Award, except as otherwise required by law. The solicitation documents may also be reviewed at the Sweet Home School District Office, 1920 Long Street, Sweet Home, Oregon 97386.
