Description
The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Carolina Alumni seek qualifications from architect-led design teams for advance planning services for a comprehensive renovation of the George Watts Hill Alumni Center and Carolina Club, totaling approximately 68,750 square feet, and an approximately 27,500-square-foot addition for the UNC Visitors Center and Admissions Offices, together called the UNC Welcome Center. The project has $5.5 million in current authority for advance planning services only; construction is anticipated to be procured separately.
