Description
Replace aging domestic water, chilled water, and steam piping in Buildings 1 and 23, including associated piping, valves, steam pressure-reducing stations, condensate pumps and receiver tanks, and related electrical work. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, testing, and storage, and coordinate phased work and utility shutdowns to limit disruption to the operating medical center. Infection-control measures and appropriate personal protective equipment are required. Completion is required within 603 calendar days after notice to proceed. The solicitation identifies a construction magnitude of $10 million to $20 million.
