Lease of Office Space for Transportation Security Administration

The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for office and related space for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) at the Johnstown-Cambria County Airport in Johnstown, PA. The existing lease is expiring. The required space must yield a minimum of 691 ANSI/BOMA office area and a maximum of 763 ANSI/BOMA office area. The space must be contiguous and located on airport property. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
