Description
The Department of Human Services, Torrance State Hospital is seeking a contractor to provide miscellaneous foods for delivery from July through September 2026. The estimated quantities may increase or decrease based on the facility's needs. Bidders must adhere to specified acceptable brands, package sizes, codes, and PA Specifications. Delivery dates are crucial and must be adhered to, with deliveries scheduled between 8:00 AM and 11:45 AM on specified days, excluding state holidays. Award will be made based on the lowest price per line item. Bids must be submitted electronically by June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late bids will be disqualified. Contractors must provide firm prices for all items and complete mandatory attributes. Failure to comply may result in rejection. Vendors must complete and submit the Reciprocal Limitations Form and Worker Protection Form with their bid response. Electronic bid responses are the only accepted method of submission. Vendors must register on the DGS E-Marketplace website at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us to obtain a vendor number and submit bids.
