Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management, is soliciting bids to plug and plate three orphan wells. The scope includes mobilization, access and well-site development, drilling or cleaning out the wells, plugging, storage and disposal of generated materials, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well and production equipment and affiliated lines, and restoration of disturbed areas. The project includes specified site-support items such as clearing and grubbing, filter fabric, silt fence, stone, composite and timber mats, site safety, absorbent booms, secondary containment, well-head control, well-kill fluid, and well preparation and plugging. The project is federally funded, and applicable federal requirements apply to contractors and subcontractors. Bidders must be active on CSP900922 (DAS Index No. MAC110), attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting/site visit, and be in good standing with the Division and other agency projects. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder meeting all requirements.
