Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Mobomo LLC for continued maintenance and support of the STI Treatment Guidelines mobile applications for iOS and Android and the associated web-based administrative backend panel. The work includes maintaining the existing source code, technical architecture, Ruby on Rails backend environment, repository structure, cloud integrations, and Section 508 compliance, along with ongoing bug resolution and support. The notice states that Mobomo LLC is uniquely qualified because it developed and has maintained the systems under the prior contract, identified as 75D30121F12792. The contractor must support uninterrupted application access during an extensive guideline update and meet a 24-hour email response requirement. This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR 13.106-1(b), not a request for competitive quotations; responses will be considered solely to determine whether a competitive procurement should be conducted.
