Description
The City of Atlanta's Department of Public Works and Department of Parks and Recreation intend to identify one or more vendors capable of processing organic vegetative material collected from residences and municipal parks. Yard debris includes grass clippings, small brush, tree debris, hedge clippings, leaves, shrubs, trees, discarded Christmas trees, and nursery or greenhouse vegetative residuals. The selected vendor or vendors must produce quality reuse products such as compost, wood chips, mulch, and other marketable products, while providing related hauling and landfill diversion services.
