Description
Calumet City Public Library is soliciting Internet access and data transmission service with bandwidth options from 100 Mbps through 1 Gbps. The service includes installation and initial configuration at the library's main branch. Bidders must complete the provided Internet Service Pricing Workbook and price all requested bandwidth and contract-term options: 100 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, and 1 Gbps for 12-, 36-, and 60-month terms. Proposals must separately identify monthly recurring charges, non-recurring charges, and special construction charges, disclose assumptions or exceptions, identify ineligible costs, and disclose all fees. Pricing must remain valid for at least 180 days, and the vendor must confirm authorization to provide the proposed service and compliance with applicable E-Rate requirements.
