Description
The City of Chicago Department of Transportation is soliciting construction services for the restoration of Halsted Street identifiers under Specification No. 1349036 and RFQ No. 76306,1. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through the City's e-procurement system; paper bids will not be accepted. A scanned bid bond must accompany the online submission when a bid deposit is required, with the original bond delivered to the Department of Procurement Services within three business days after bid opening. The revised bid opening is October 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time, and questions are due September 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Central Time.
