Description
The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for rent reasonableness services. Vendors must submit a comprehensive proposal including a cover letter, executive summary, qualifications and experience, work plan, past performance (minimum 3, maximum 5 references), fee proposal (Attachment A), and various compliance documents such as insurance certificates, economic disclosure, and MWDBE/Section 3 utilization plans.
