The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting quotes for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The contract includes a 3-year base term with two 1-year option periods. The scope covers a DAM portal with tagging capabilities, 6 TB of storage, 1 admin user seat, 3 editor user seats, and a one-time setup and training fee. The platform must be operational from August 2026 through August 2031 if all options are exercised. The successful vendor must comply with CHA's insurance requirements, including Commercial General Liability, Auto Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Technology Errors & Omissions with Cyber Liability coverage.
