Description
The Town of Woodside Public Works Department is soliciting proposals from qualified consultant firms to provide code enforcement services during fiscal years 2026–2027. The Town anticipates services four or five days per week, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday work or additional work as directed by Town staff. Code enforcement officer certification is optional, although specified certifications may be considered during evaluation. Proposals must describe the consultant’s understanding and approach, proposed staff resumes, similar public-agency projects, project-management qualifications, staffing and availability, and value or cost-effectiveness. A separate cost proposal must include hours and rates for each staff member, a total not-to-exceed fee, and a current rate sheet. The solicitation also requires specified insurance coverage, including workers’ compensation, employer’s liability, commercial general liability, automobile liability, and professional liability.
