Description
The City of Grapevine is soliciting proposals for a fully cloud-based SaaS replacement of its public safety systems. The requested solution includes a Computer-Aided Dispatch System, Law Records Management System, mobile CAD/mobile data terminal and field-based reporting capabilities, and a Detention Management System. The proposed system must integrate with the Grapevine Fire Department's existing First Due Fire Records Management System. Vendors may propose all or part of the solution and may subcontract functionality or use third-party components, but the prime vendor must consolidate all partner and module responses into a single, unified proposal. Vendors must demonstrate a proven record of successfully integrating the proposed components, supported by successful implementations for agencies of comparable size and complexity. The solicitation is for fully cloud-based SaaS solutions.
