Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source contract to RaySearch Americas, Inc. for support and maintenance of the RaySearch RayStation Treatment Planning System at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The work includes application and operating-system software updates, patches and upgrades, and labor, travel, parts, equipment, and consumables needed for safety, performance, and reliability modifications. Support includes phone assistance, preferential service-call scheduling, a two-hour priority telephone response time, and remote support; labor may be performed on-site or remotely. This is a special notice and market-research opportunity, not a commitment to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Interested firms must provide technical capability information, business and socioeconomic details, and written evidence that they are authorized RayStation support and maintenance providers. The notice states a one-year base period from December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, plus four option years.
