Sante Quebec Mauricie-et-Centre-du-Quebec - Universitaire is seeking one supplier to provide a motorized 3D water tank, associated equipment and accessories, and related service for radio-oncology operations at the Centre hospitalier affilié universitaire régional (CHAUR). The supplier must be responsible for the complete solution. The equipment and accessories contract may run for up to 24 months, with an optional 15-year term for the associated service. Award will be based on the lowest compliant price. The pricing schedule and technical specifications must be completed electronically using the designated Excel workbooks; other requested annexes must be completed by hand or using software that permits writing on PDF files. Word documents will not be provided.
