Description
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking qualified firms to perform expert professional facility condition surveys for tunnels and waterfront structures under a four-year task-order program. Services may include tunnel and waterfront inspections, underwater diving inspections, field documentation, photographs, condition survey reports, repair recommendations, priority repair cost estimates, presentations, and uploads to the Authority’s Structural Integrity Database. The Authority may retain multiple firms, and specific work will be solicited through future task orders. Proposers must demonstrate relevant firm and staff qualifications for one or both service categories, including specified inspection experience, professional engineering licensure, commercial-diver certifications where applicable, and required training. The proposal must use the provided editable template and forms, and must address proposer requirements, staff and firm qualifications, MBE/WBE/SDVOB participation, cost multipliers and salary schedules, and conflicts of interest. The solicitation requires electronic submission through Bonfire and excludes email, hand delivery, and mail submissions.
