Description
This contract requires the annual inspection, testing, and certification of 100 backflow preventers and cross-connection devices located at the Spokane VA Medical Center. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for repairs to up to 20 devices if deficiencies are identified during testing. All services must comply with the latest standards including ABPA, TJC, ASSE, NFPA 25, NFPA 13, AWWA, OSHA, CFR requirements, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Personnel must be certified and licensed in the State of Washington. Work is to be performed during normal hours unless otherwise approved, with emergency services available 24/7.
