Description
Brazosport Independent School District is soliciting a third-party administrator for its self-funded workers' compensation program. The scope includes claims administration, bill review, adjuster assignment, loss control and accident-prevention services, claims reporting, and related program support. Proposers must provide pricing for an annual flat fee and as-needed loss control services, and respond to detailed questions about their program, staffing, claims practices, financial reporting, and service capabilities. The proposal also requests references from school district or governmental clients, adjuster resumes, sample reports, a loss-control program summary with sample reports and an annual plan, and the latest audited financial statements. The solicitation asks vendors to identify any proposed subcontracting and requires the TPA or carrier to have been licensed in Texas for at least five years.
