Description
The City seeks a claims management system for administering workers' compensation and liability claims. The scope includes software implementation and configuration, migration and conversion of existing claims data, initial and ongoing training, technical support, and system maintenance. Cloud hosting is optional. The system should support claim entry and updates, reserves and payments, security and access controls, integrations with City and state systems, and extensive standard, ad hoc, financial, legal, and operational reporting. Proposers must identify functions their system cannot perform and provide a proposed statement of work and completion schedule. The new system must be operational before September 30, 2027.
