Description
Holland College is seeking one provider for comprehensive actuarial and administrative services for its Defined Benefit Pension Plan, Supplemental Retirement Plan, and Severance Award Program. The scope includes pension administration, member-record maintenance, annual reconciliations and statements, benefit calculations for terminations, retirements, deaths, and marriage breakdowns, pension adjustment reversal calculations, pensioner indexing, actuarial funding valuations, accounting valuations, financial-statement disclosures, regulatory reporting, and support for the College's custodian/trustee. The provider must also support transition from the incumbent service provider, data conversion and reconciliation, confidentiality and information security, quality assurance, and optional fee-for-service consulting such as plan-document work, investment-manager reviews, funding-policy reviews, asset-allocation reviews, and post-employment-benefit analysis. The agreement is intended to run for five years beginning July 1, 2027, with two optional one-year extensions. Proposals must include the completed submission form, pricing table, response to the RFP particulars, and experience and references; the technical response is limited to 40 pages, excluding specified appendices.
