Description
The Kentucky Association of Counties All Lines Fund seeks a qualified insurance agency to provide marketing services for its property and casualty coverage in Territory D. The work includes soliciting and retaining public-sector insurance clients, attending monthly fund board meetings and quarterly association board meetings as available, consulting with insurance staff, and supporting clients in the assigned territory. The agent must maintain adequate staffing and resources, hold required insurance-agent licenses, and comply with the Regional Agent Marketing Agreement. The sample agreement permits subcontracting, but the agent remains responsible for performance and compliance. The proposed term is four years beginning July 1, 2027, with up to two additional four-year renewal periods by mutual agreement. The stated commission rate is 7.5%. Proposals must describe the firm’s qualifications and similar experience, key personnel and biographies, potential conflicts, client references, relevant public-entity and self-insurance-pool experience, and the proposed service approach and resources.
