Description
The Town of Leicester is seeking sealed proposals from qualified operators with proven golf and facilities-management experience to manage and maintain Hillcrest Country Club. The scope includes the golf course, pro shop, restaurant and bar, and banquet room owned by the Town. The selected proposer will enter into a lease contract for up to ten years. Proposals will be evaluated based on price and other stated evaluation criteria. Each proposal must include bid security in the form of a $5,000 bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to the Town of Leicester, and all proposal materials must be sealed together in a single envelope.
