Description
The Town of Bloomfield is soliciting proposals for renovations at Wintonbury Hills Golf Course, including reconstruction and reshaping of existing sand bunkers; construction of new bunkers; installation of Capillary Flow and JM Evalith bunker liners, drainage systems, and bunker sand; renovation of the putting green on Hole 16; and construction or expansion of tees, including new back tees on Holes 15 and 18. The work also includes surveying and staking, grading, fill placement and compaction, irrigation adjustments and installation, tree clearing and stump removal, seedbed preparation, grassing and sodding, access-route and turf repairs, and preparation of as-built drawings. The proposal must include unit pricing, a proposed schedule, three similar golf-course project references completed within the past five years, and required respondent information and certifications. The selected contractor must provide specified insurance coverage and may use specialty subcontractors only with the Town's prior written approval.
