Description
Sandy City is seeking qualified contractors to construct, shape, and install artificial-grass driving-range targets at River Oaks Golf Course. The scope includes six wedge targets—three on each side—each approximately an eight-foot circumference with a three-foot white inner circle and no slope, plus a center green approximately 40 by 50 feet with a 5%–10% north-south slope. The center target must be priced both with and without the provided city logo, and the work must follow the supplied renderings and specifications. Proposals must include company qualifications, a detailed project approach and installation plan, turf product specifications, an estimated installation schedule, warranty information, references for similar projects, and any optional enhancements or value-added services. Pricing must be submitted separately through the Cost Breakdown form. A mandatory site visit is required for bid eligibility.
