Description
San Antonio Independent School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide student activities and fundraising services, including an online donation fundraising system. Proposals must describe the proposed system, company experience, fraud and fund-protection controls, audits and litigation history, client references, pricing and fee structure, chargeback handling, and any prize-based incentives. Vendor fees and related expenses may not exceed 25% per fundraiser. The solicitation is a continuous open solicitation with a contract term through June 30, 2030. The district may award to one or multiple vendors, provides no guaranteed minimum amount of work, and will evaluate responses on a pass/fail basis for completeness, capability, pricing, references, and suitability. Required insurance and bonding provisions apply under the district’s general terms and conditions.
