Description
Northside Independent School District is seeking qualified contractors for an indefinite-quantity site work contract supporting the District’s day-to-day operations and construction needs. Potential work includes site preparation and trenching; concrete and asphalt paving; utility, water, sewer, and drainage installations or adjustments; grading; landscaping and irrigation; fencing; signage; curbs, walks, ramps, and handrails; sump pumps and controls; stormwater pollution prevention; structural repairs; and related labor, materials, equipment, permits, and coordination. Specific projects will be quoted as needed, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work. The District may make a single-supplier, multi-supplier, or line-item award. The initial contract term is two years, with three additional one-year renewal options. The qualification submission must exclude pricing initially; pricing and fees will be negotiated with the highest-ranked respondent. Required submissions include a technical response, proposal acknowledgement, company and antitrust information, insurance certificate, W-9, vendor and federal compliance certifications, conflict-of-interest questionnaire, Certificate of Interested Parties, proposal and AIA forms, contractor qualification statement, non-asbestos and asbestos-related certifications, relevant experience, project management ability, past performance, AIA documents, and applicable signed addenda. Work may require licensed personnel, construction permits, site protection, schedules, equipment, materials, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
