Description
Collier County intends to designate Today's Business Solutions, Inc. as a single source for library maintenance and operational support services covering public printing, digital faxing, and scanning. The intended scope includes the TBS Web-Based Staff Portal, PCI-compliant payment kiosks for print release integrated with the library's integrated library system, the ePRINTit mobile printing solution, and the ScanEZ Station with the AD370. The notice states that these proprietary hardware and software solutions are manufactured or developed by TBS and that TBS is the only authorized sales and servicing agent. This is not a request for pricing, bids, or quotes. Interested parties may submit a written response contesting the proposed single-source designation by identifying the interested party and providing detailed documentation showing that other qualified sources exist. Responses must be submitted online through the county's procurement system, and the required Intent to Single Source Response Form must be completed and uploaded.
